International Industrial Services operate a tight quality control department where all bought in scrap, regrinds and pellets are checked for conformity and specification against manufacturers data or known values. Where there is no data available, the quality assurance team carry out tests to gather resulting measurements to decide which route through the production process the material will take.

As well as quality checking all purchased plastics, the quality checks are completed at each and every stage of the production process to ensure the highest quality at all times. We personally visit our supplier's yards across the world to load the scrap material in our presence to ensure top quality raw materials for our reprocessing.

We are also sourcing plastic scraps for our valuable clients directly from our supplier's yards in USA, UK & Europe.

Testing is completed on melt flow, density, humidity, moisture, colour, filler content, tensile strength, flexibility and more. If the customer requires additional testing IIS is willing to help.

On completion of all quality checks and the production process, samples are provided to the customer from each batch for testing the material in their own moulding and extrusion machines. Our technical team is always ready to provide backup support and visit the customer in any country. The bags are rigorously checked to make sure they are ready to be loaded for their final destination.
